Immigration to the Netherlands by asylum
Europe has been obliged to accept asylum seekers in accordance with the International Asylum Convention, provided that they deserve it and are not really safe in their country of origin.
The examination of asylum seekers and declarations of asylum jurisdiction in the Netherlands takes from 21 days up to 6 months. Of course, many people have not yet identified their assignments for several years and their applications have not been disclosed and they live in refugee camps with poor health conditions and facilities.
After the immigration authority agrees with residence, the person is granted a residence permit of 5 years, during which time his qualification for granting citizenship is established. The asylum seeker is paid 220 to 250 euros per month during the proceedings.
Upon acceptance, there will be a monthly salary of 900 to 1,300 EUR, but people will be included in the work law after 3 months and will need to find a job.
Getting a passport and obtaining Dutch citizenship takes 3-5 years after the application is accepted. With regard to the Netherlands refugee status, we find that asylum is not a safe and secure way to immigrate and always has risks and dangers. Therefore, we recommend that you immigrate to the Netherlands through legal ways instead of obtaining the Netherlands refugee status and consult immigration consultants before taking any action. It should be noted that the Malekpour Consulting Agency and the Austrian MIE Advisory Institute have no services and advice on obtaining Dutch passports through asylum.
